First, please read the textbook pages. You do not need to try the problems yet if you don't want to.

Next, please watch the videos about decimals (Math Antics on Youtube).

Now you can try the exercises in the textbook as well as the exercises and worksheets on the Math Antics web pages. All of the exercises and worksheets have answer keys, including the textbook problems. For Math Antics, you must click the Math Antics Link, then scroll down and click on "Decimal Place Value" and "Fractions and Decimals".
